Adapt will run the final conferences of the international research projects co-founded by the European Commission on the 23 of November, viz.
Elders – Elder employees in companies experiencing restructuring: stress and well-being
and
WiRES – Women in Renewable Energy Sector.
The outcomes of the two researches will be presented and disseminated among the partners involved in the projects, EU officials and MEP’s, Social Partners, researchers and participants.
Organized in cooperation with our international partners, the events will be held at the Thon Hotel Brussels City Centre, Avenue du Boulevard 17, 1210, Brussels.
The Conferences, whose attendance is free, are scheduled as follows:

Elders – Elder employees in companies experiencing restructuring: stress and well-being
Elders is concerned with the employment consequences of the restructuring processes on elder workers, as well as on health and safety, stress and wellness related issues.

WiRES – Women in Renewable Energy Sector
WiRES is concerned with analyzing the role of social dialogue in guaranteeing a better female representation in the renewable energy sector.
